1. The product should be unused, unwashed, and folded in the same manner as when it was received.
2. The product must have its original packaging and tags intact. Products without the original tags will not be accepted.
3. Return/exchange requests should be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
4. The product will be picked up within 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
5. Sarees purchased during a sale are non-returnable.
6. Stitched blouses cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Customers seeking alterations for stitched blouses are responsible for bearing the alteration and courier charges.
8. Products purchased at discounted prices using a coupon code are non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only. The saree will be dispatched 48 hours after placing an order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the order is dispatched, if you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Return policy:

1. If you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Email us at info@mulmulmist.com mentioning your order ID. A replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
2. Sarees that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and retaining the attached running blouse piece and original tags are eligible for return.
3. All valid refunds are processed through bank transfer, and the refund amount is credited to the customer's bank account within 8 to 10 working days.
4. In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
5. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
6. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
7. Raise your return request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment through info@mulmulmist.com.
8. In the unlikely case that your saree arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately by emailing us at info@mulmulmist.com with your order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you with a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
9. Once we have received the products, a quality check would be done by our team.
10. The shipping charges for sending the products back have to be borne by the customer.
11. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products, not for the shipping charges.

Exchange Policy*

1. Sarees that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and retaining the attached running blouse piece and original tags are eligible for exchange.
2. Raise the exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Email us at info@mulmulmist.com. You will receive an approval email from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted.
3. Mention the order details and complete shipping address on the package as stated below:

6. You will be notified by us once we receive your shipment.
7. Stitched blouses and other customized products are not eligible for exchange.
8. Products bought during sale as well as discounted using a coupon code are non-refundable.
